Marina 101 is an elite residential complex in the Dubai Marina neighborhood. The developer of the project was Sheffield Holding, and the architectural consultant was National Engineering Bureau. At the top of the skyscraper is a 45-meter crown, and its full height is 427 meters. Marina 101 will be the second tallest building in the UAE after Burj Khalifa.
The 33 floors of the lower part of the building are reserved for the Hard Rock Hotel, the middle part houses 1 - 2-bedroom serviced apartments, while the upper part houses 3-bedroom apartments and penthouses. All apartments have fitted closets, en-suite bathrooms and semi-open kitchens, as well as panoramic windows with views of the Arabian Gulf, the canal and the Dubai Marina skyscrapers. Most of the residences in the complex are fully furnished.
Residents of the complex are provided with modern services and amenities: swimming pool, modern gym, Jacuzzi and sauna, playground, panoramic restaurant on the top floor, playground and kindergarten, medical center, concierge services, indoor parking, security and 24-hour video surveillance, high-speed elevators, conference room for events, barbecue area.

Streetcar and bus stops are within walking distance, and the nearest metro stations Sobha Realty Metro Station, Al Khail Metro Station and Dubai Internet City Metro Station are within 5-10 minutes' drive.
