About Laura Victoria Adams

As an award-winning property market specialist, Laura helps clients achieve their most ambitious real estate dreams. She has been an active leader in Dubai’s real estate market for over 16 years, developing a keen insight into real estate development, residential and commercial brokerage, portfolio and investment management, and feasibility studies, from plot to completion.

Laura began her career in the UK, where she spent 7 years growing her practice with well-established London-based agencies before relocating to Dubai in 2008. As Co-founder and Managing Director of Carlton Real Estate, she led a team of specialised agents, offering insightful expertise to clients looking to sell, purchase, or lease residential or commercial real estate. Under her direction, the company now manages a portfolio of over 20,000 apartments and villas located throughout the city with a focus on assisting high net worth individuals (HNIs) develop, manage, and enhance their portfolios.

Interested in innovation and knowing that Proptech was ready for the market Laura joined Urban, a start-up proptech business as Portfolio Asset Manager, in January 2020, onboarding through her network the top institutional landlords in the Emirate. In July 2021 Laura took the role of Sales Director at the prestigious real estate company, Provident Real Estate, Dubai.
